Content Creator

TechnoMile is seeking a Content Creator to join our team. This Content Creator will be responsible for the creation of our customer facing content to enhance customer adoption and increase product enablement. This individual should have experience in the SaaS world, is a go getter with a positive attitude, and gets excited by new challenges.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create content to support our multiple products and addons.
• Content includes enablement content, product documents, videos, trainings, webinars, etc.
• Create new content to support product releases and customer enablement
• Store and manage content in the company’s knowledge base
• Working closely with the customer success/support team to create content quickly to fit customer needs and being adaptable and flexible as needs change.
• Repurposing content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media
• Working closely with the key stakeholders to devise online marketing strategies
• Monitoring the competition’s online activities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Create a robust library of self-help content, including but not limited to tutorials and videos.
• Create KPIs to measure the impact and engagement of each customer education initiative and its impact on overall customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Ensure that company branding is appropriately expressed in technical content and media.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Content Creator in the SaaS space
• Bachelor of Science preferred
• Competence in managing a complex project and communicating effectively along every step of the way.
• Advanced writing and editing skills both written and in videography.
• Ability to share specific examples of when and how they created content to drive product adoption in a SaaS company.
• Excited by cultivating new and creative ideas and implementing them
• Experience/knowledge of GovCon space preferred.
• Possess strong interest and curiosity in learning and engagement in personal and professional development
