Job Description

The Social Media Coordinator will monitor and manage all organic social media channels for House of Rohl throughout the US and Canada. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French languages. Reporting to the Global Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will work cross functionally with teams all across our marketing eco system.

  • Salary Range: $50K - $62K plus bonus
  • Location: This is a remote position

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and management of House of Rohl social media channels for both our U.S. and Canada accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn & YouTube) leveraging our enterprise social medial tool Sprinklr. Key tasks will include:
  • Message/Profile Tagging
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Competitive Benchmarking
  • Scheduling/Publishing
  • Social Listening
  • Partner with consumer service teams to meet and maintain social response times for product/service-related inquiries across channels through seamless social care experiences.
  • Participate in trade shows, social influencer events and other offline experiences to capture content to be used for social media amplification, community building and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR and House of Rohl Brand teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment with larger business goals.
  • Act as a social media subject matter expert for quarterly creative development briefs between brand and agency (including helping to source UGC for the brand).
  • Use social media results and learnings to make strategic recommendations for future social media creative strategies.
  • Keep a pulse on global House of Rohl social media activities through social listening capabilities.
  • Assist in the development of new strategies aimed at increasing engagement, fostering community and maintaining positive social sentiment.
  • Work with agency partners to align on social content needs/wants.
  • Overnight and/or out of town travel is required (10-15%).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing community management across social media platforms with interest in the social media landscape is required.
  • Fluency in English and French languages. This is a must-have requirement.
  • Digital Marketing experience is preferred but is not required.
  • A self-proclaimed “people person” with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with ease.
  • Strong understanding of social media communication styles with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and track relative social community metrics.
