Recently, we raised $10 million in Series A funding to develop and launch the Kyra Platform, set to revolutionise the creator economy. The Kyra platform is a dual-purpose haven for creators to earn, build networks, and be rewarded for their efforts and for brands to access a unique marketplace for launching trend-aligned creator campaigns, ensuring streamlined processes and maximising ROI. 👉 What are we really looking for? 👀

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Client Services Manager with a minimum of three years' experience in a high-performing influencer marketing agency. We need a real 'people person' who excels at building client relationships and has the knack for growing business organically. If you're results-oriented, have a strong track record as a CSM within the influencer space, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Location: *Fully Remote - we require the person to be able to work standard hours in the EST time zone.

Relationship Management 🤝

  • Lead client onboarding calls: Be the welcoming voice that sets the stage for success. Lead client onboarding calls, ensuring a smooth entry onto the Kyra platform
  • Platform Expertise: Tailor deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances. You're not just an expert; you're a strategist, ensuring our platform aligns seamlessly with their goals.
  • Proactive Client Addressing: Anticipate challenges before they arise. Proactively address client challenges, serving as the guardian of client satisfaction and preventing churn before it even becomes a thought.

Boosting Revenue Streams 📈

  • Drive end-to-end account growth: Implement customer touchpoints and satisfaction surveys that leave our clients not just happy but ecstatic about their experience.
  • Cultivate upsell opportunities: Cultivate upsell opportunities, ensuring that our clients not only stay but thrive in the Kyra ecosystem.

🧠 Industry Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in client service management within an influencer agency.
