Hello Sunshine Collective Manager
Hello Sunshine is a media brand and content company dedicated to female authorship and storytelling across all platforms. Hello Sunshine is producing feature films, television shows as well as unscripted series, audio storytelling and social series under the Hello Sunshine brand. It is also the home for Reese’s Book Club, a fast-growing social book club in reach and influence. All of Hello Sunshine’s efforts are anchored by a singular mission: to change the narrative for women.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, wildly passionate about amplifying female creators/stories, great at building relationships with internal and external teams/talent, and extremely organized. You are comfortable using various tools for tracking and program management while managing multiple projects at one time. You are highly collaborative and strategic, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate has experience in influencer marketing, talent management, and social content strategy/development.
Responsibilities
- Support the building and execution of our Hello Sunshine Collective strategy and corresponding campaigns to drive authentic engagement, awareness, and KPIs
- Manage execution of incubation workstreams across each member of the Hello Sunshine Collective and coordinate cross-functionally with internal Hello Sunshine teams
- Track, ingest, and prioritize input from various stakeholders / internal departments to drive forward Hello Sunshine Collective initiatives
- Synthesize key information related to talent to proactively identify opportunities for development
- Develop consistent cadence for reporting on: Hello Sunshine Collective talent social channels, press, and program content as it relates to required deliverables
- Analyze performance data to optimize results and ensure KPIs are reached and reported
- Partner closely with other Hello Sunshine teams (e.g., Sol.ar, Social & Editorial, Unscripted) to build talent recommendations and create programs leveraging our Hello Sunshine Collective talent
- Work closely with the social media and internal teams to execute and track against program deliverables, and current or upcoming initiatives with Hello Sunshine Collective talent
- Support contract development and execution to support legal needs/requests
- Facilitate product gifting and commerce requests to Hello Sunshine Collective members
- Keep the team updated with new trends in the space as well as reporting on campaigns and individuals on a regular basis
Requirements
- Highly organized, with the ability to be flexible, strategic, and work under pressure
- Ability to effectively synthesize complex information into actionable conclusions
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage upwards with multiple senior stakeholders
- Passion for the social/digital and influencer space with a focus on women’s stories
- Both highly creative and analytical to review data and ongoing metrics
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing technology tools
- 3-5 years’ experience in social media and/or influencer marketing with at least 1 year directly leading influencer programs or managing talent relationships
- Relationship-oriented with an interest and passion for fostering partnerships and selling in creative ideas and recommendations
- Proven track record in outreach and relationship building with digital creators and influencer talent
