Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator Specialist to join our team.

The role will primarily focus on driving sales through social media and enhancing employee engagement through the creation of engaging training videos and product knowledge content. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, exceptional storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of sales techniques and employee training strategies. As a Content Creator Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling content that motivates our employees, boosts sales performance, and improves overall customer experience.

Job Essentials:

  • Create content on a weekly basis that will drive new sales and engagement for our employees to share through their social media channels.
  • Develop and produce high-quality training videos with engaging scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts that effectively communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to our employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the production process, including video shooting, editing, and post-production activities.
  • Incorporate interactive elements, such as quizzes and assessments, to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Conduct thorough research on products, market trends, and competitors to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in training materials.
  • Regularly update and maintain a library of training videos, ensuring easy accessibility and organization for employees.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training videos and content, gathering feedback from employees and implementing improvements based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in content creation, employee engagement, and sales training.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • 25% Shipboard Travel


Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of previous Content Creation experience a must
  • The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of Sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to translate them into engaging and informative content.
  • Individuals applying for this position must have a creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and impactful content.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams is a must.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and multimedia tools.
  • Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them relatable and compelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content created.


Other:

  • The range for this role’s base hourly rate is $51,600 - $75,300. Offers to the selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, considering specific job-related skills and experience.

    • Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 60 hours each year.
