Assistant Influencer Manager, Prestige and Niche
The Opportunity
Brands: Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Louboutin Beauty, Dries Van Noten, Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur.
Coordinate and support the implementation of the digital strategy for Puig USA with the objective of leveraging Puig brands’ influence on the consumer decision journey. This will help meet the needs and business objectives of the local market, while optimizing our digital communication investments.
Support Influencer Manager with omni channel plans through Paid, Earned and Owned channels across the full portfolio of brands. Prepare and coordinate the execution of plans developed in partnership with the manager, with the goal to engage consumers, drive sales, and achieve objectives for market share, net revenues, and profitability. Learning to embrace an entrepreneurial approach to testing new ways of working and sharing ideas to develop creative ways to evolve the brands and department.
What you’ll get to do
Influencer:
- Present ideas to manager on how to increase conversation and awareness of Puig brands in the USA marketplace.
- Track all talent progress across micros, mid-tier, macro, and celeb level influencers.
- Have a strong understanding of different social platforms, content best practices, and organic/paid rights.
- Support the planning and execution of all launch events.
- Achieve established KPIs and track learnings for all influencer campaigns leveraging tools when needed (Radarly, Lefty, and Cision).
- Understand and follow brand expectation based on global guidelines and requirements delivering a connection to the USA business.
- Tie all influencer activations back to media and conversion.
- Work with Global teams for press needs, timelines and requirements for US specific pitching for full portfolio of brands.
- Partner with Global Fashion teams in creating synergies with beauty and fragrance.
- Established relationships in the market with top influencer talent and/or press partners.
- Experience in negotiating talent contracts and working to promote both organically and in paid.
- Experience in building brand events, content shoots and local partnerships on brand-by-brand basis.
- Manage Lefty campaign set up for all mailers, paid content, and ongoing partners we would like to track.
- Handle monthly reporting and post campaign reports for global.
- Partner with manager on influencer content briefs, scouting and contracting.
- Manage contact lists for managers, talent and agents overall.
- Manage product send outs as reactive and add to lists for proactive mailers (leveraging PIMS).
- Support the planning and execution of all launch events.
- Achieve established KPIs and track learnings for all paid and organic campaigns.
- Established relationships in the market with top influencer talent and/or press partners.
- Experience in building brand events, content shoots and local partnerships on brand-by-brand basis.
Overall team support:
- Process all POs and invoice reconciliation for respective brands, budget tracking overall by brand.
- Sharing our best practices locally and globally and taking a proactive approach with engaging with the community of media managers.
- Leverage search marketing platforms to research trends and new opportunity areas.
We’d love to meet you if you have
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 3-4 Years of Influencer experience.
- Demonstrated track record for executing 360 plans across different media channels.
- Strong understanding of media data/research sources.
- Track record of building brand awareness with an eye for message, content, and stories.
- Experience and a proven track record of working on the execution of digital communication strategies and tracking ROI analysis as a result.
- Must have a good handle on current trending influencers and pop culture.
- Understanding of the Digital Media landscape, KPIs and leading digital partners.
- Strong verbal skills. Innovative thinker and interested in first to market.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Needs to be a creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize tasks on multiple projects at once.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.
- Positive attitude and demonstrates a high level of maturity and presence.
As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
