Overview

This role is focused on the creative side of paid media. You will be spending 80% of the time on procuring assets for paid media campaigns across both the e-commerce as well as the Sephora business verticals. This is a perfect role for a beauty junkie who has a lot of fun consuming (and creating) beauty content on social media.

What You’ll Do

Develop creative strategy for direct response paid social campaigns (FB/IG/Tiktok)Create briefs to procure content (UGC, produced ads etc.)Responsible for reaching out to influencers / content creators and negotiating usage rights for assetsCreate assets on your own using the latest available tools (Capcut etc)Work cross functionally to execute paid social strategyExperiment constantly with new creative, landing pages etc. to improve ROAS.Analyze and report out metrics on a regular cadence to leadershipDevelop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the beauty and paid social landscape.Assume leadership of special projects as needed

What We Are Looking For

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a content oriented roleInterest in the beauty industry is a mustExperience as a content creator (personally / professionally)Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related fields.
