Compensation: $20 to $25 Hourly

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team PART TIME. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating content and posting, helping executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities

  • Implement social media campaigns across various platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube)
  • Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Videography or interest in learning video is strongly encouraged.
  • Collaborate with sales director and marketing manger to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Other duties may include running signs, flyers, etc for a busy real estate team.

Hours can be flexible during regular business hours M-F. Must be in office for 4 hrs on Wednesdays 10A-2P. (some evenings (5-7pm) and weekends only a few times a year for special events will be required to capture content, video, livestreams).
