Qualifications
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom is a must
A deep understanding of color theory and the fundamentals of photography is crucial for this role
Efficient time management, effective communication, and people skills are vital given the fast-paced nature of this company and the time-sensitive nature of the marketing team
While this role is demanding, it's also engaging and perfect for those who are creative, spirited, and thrive in teamwork
This isn't a beginner's role; candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in digital content production
A showcase of previous works will be asked for during the evaluation process
A discerning eye and a commitment to producing top-tier visual content with meticulous attention to detail
Background in video and photography creation & refinement
Outstanding verbal and written communication prowess
Resilience in high-pressure situations, often with tight deadlines
Capability to manage projects, working autonomously or under guidance
Capability to handle weights of over 50 pounds
Flexibility to sit, stand, walk, ascend stairs and ladders, bend, lift, twist, kneel, stoop, crouch, pull, push, grip, stretch and crawl, sometimes for prolonged durations (like 8 or more hours a day)
There might be times when travel is necessary.
Primary Focus
- Shoot and edit all video content
- Still photographs of products
- Create commercial-style product line videos for YouTube and the website
- Create Amazon marketing videos
- Create short Reels and Reel style videos
Additional Responsibilities
- This position encompasses visual content production's artistic and technical dimensions, including concept development, shooting, editing, post-production, and the final delivery of video materials.
- Stay up-to-date on trends, new equipment, training, and software
- This role will also work with our product design team, sales team, and online development department
- Shoot videos of manufacturing processes
- Have the capability to reutilize existing resources to optimize their original value.
- This position handles both the artistic and technical facets of visual content generation, from concept development and filming to editing, post-production, and the ultimate release of the video output.
- Bring new ideas but also work with our team on current processes
- Oversee video filming and manage editing for all video materials
- Manage the in-house asset library and migrate to a new platform
- Perform any other tasks as delegated
- Maintain and track all projects through Monday.com
- Setting up the studio (with provided space and equipment), choosing props and arranging them with assistance from the marketing team, capturing still images, and finalizing post-production edits
