Position Overview:
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will help build an in-house influencer program through relationship building, trend monitoring, and performance-driven strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating influencer marketing campaigns around our core value propositions and new product launches to increase social engagement and customer acquisition. This role sits on the Performance Marketing team and reports to the Manager, Influencer Marketing.
What we want you to own in this role:
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and talent agencies across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Negotiate and manage contracts and partnership agreements.
- Work closely with influencers to develop engaging content that resonates with their audience and represents our brand authentically.
- Develop creative and impactful influencer campaigns to support multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage the onboarding and performance of influencers in our affiliate program.
- Support influencer gifting campaigns from ideation to coordination to fulfillment and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency or at an e-commerce brand.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, consumer preferences, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and able to write productive creative briefs for influencers
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
- Experience with influencer event activations and affiliate programs is a plus.

As of 01/01/2024, the expected annual compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 USD. Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. The Company anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for the position for various reasons, including the Company’s business needs.
