Description:
Influencer Product Seeding and Deliverable Execution:
- Coordinate the distribution of products to influencers according to campaign requirements.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Track and report influencer deliverables to ensure campaign success.
- Ambassador Whitelisting Execution:
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to execute ambassador whitelisting strategies.
- Maintain a database of ambassadors and ensure timely communication and coordination with them.
Record Keeping and KPI Recording:
- Maintain detailed records of influencer partnerships, contracts, and campaign performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to influencer marketing initiatives.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Partnerships Manager in managing day-to-day tasks.
- Organize and maintain influencer-related documents, contracts, and communications.
- Contract Creation and Management:
- Draft, review, and manage influencer contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
- Ensure compliance with legal and brand guidelines in all influencer agreements.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Partnerships Manager with influencers, ambassadors, and internal teams.
- Prepare necessary materials for meetings and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align influencer activities with broader company goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of influencer marketing contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
