The Social Media Assistant will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies to align with marketing goals.
• Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Curate and create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that leverage social media channels.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance, insights, and trends.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist with the coordination of social media influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
