Social, Influencer, & Partnership Assistant

Walker Edison is looking for a full-time Social, Influencer, & Partnership Assistant to join our Product Marketing team. We are a tight-knit group, reliant on positive attitudes and the ability to work collaboratively. The Marketing Operations Assistant is responsible for managing key activities and projects within the Product Marketing team. They must be comfortable with balancing projects and meeting deadlines efficiently. We are looking for organized, hardworking, and problem-solving people who aren’t afraid to take ownership of their projects. This role requires the ability to manage details of projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, be comfortable working with outside vendors with efficient follow-up, and proactively find solutions to help quickly finish projects. The position will collaborate closely with cross functional groups to deliver on the product, sales, brand and share goals for our ready to assembly furniture categories.

This is how you can contribute to our success: 

• Assists the Product Marketing team with new product launch support, inclusive of sample review, project tracking/ timelines, warranty policy execution, consumer reviews, cross-functional team training and marketing promotional activities designed to build product & brand awareness.
• Leads the post launch review programs for new product launches across the portfolio.
• Assists in exploration and management of new vendors and/or programs to support annual marketing plans.
• Supports the coordination, development, and deployment of annual marketing project plans.
• Assists in competitive reviews, sample building and reporting out of key findings.
• Assists in the photo studio and/or with the creative team as needed, inclusive of shoot setup and breakdown as well as sample building.
• Supports the planning and execution of category trade shows and events.
• Support budget tracking where needed.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

  Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable administrative or project management experience.
• 4-Year Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or similar discipline.
• Efficient with basic computer skills and programs (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments.
• Self-motivated and highly adaptable to change.
  
  

Schedule is Monday through Friday 830am to 5pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, required in-office.
