As a VIE with Moet Hennessy USA, you'll gain a strong understanding of the various business groups and the multitude of components supporting them. Along with hands-on training, direct interaction and project-based work, you'll also receive mentorship from Moet Hennessy USA leaders, networking opportunities, and exposure to stakeholders across the company. You'll also get a chance to make lasting impressions through collaboration with your respective team and colleagues on deliverables and strategic business initiatives. Whether your role is assisting on a new brand marketing campaign, a social media strategy, or analysis around consumer insights, your work will have a direct impact on the success on the Moet Hennessy USA portfolio.

VIE Core Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing & “Big Bet” Programming:
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager in the implementation and execution of integrated consumer engagement programs, including PR, Experiential, Paid Media, Social, Influencer Relations, Partnerships, etc to drive brand equity, desirability, and value creation.
  • Gather, sort, save and publish Maison or locally created content & usage guideline
  • Partner with Champagne & Sparkling Consumer Engagement, PR/Communications, and MHUSA Center of Excellence (Media, Sports, Partnerships, Entertainment) Teams on goal alignment, strategy, and briefings for agencies.
  • Support Integrated Marketing Manager on CRM and social initiatives for the brands, partnering with Consumer Engagement and Center of Excellence Teams to deliver content and cadence of messaging that ladders back to key brand messages and activity.
  • Monitor KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness, ensuring reasonable ROI.
  • Support Integrated Marketing Manager and Consumer Engagement team as needed in coordination of press & consumer events & liaise with regional Brand Manager to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage A&P budgets related to key programs with Integrated Marketing Manager & Brand Heads

Key Projects

  • Dom Perignon: Co-lead local implementations of either Dom Perignon Apres Ski or Vintage 2015 launch programming, supporting Integrated Marketing Manager and Consumer Engagement stakeholders to deliver flawless brand experience.
  • Ruinart: Support development of Ruinart Chef Program in preparation for Brand Home Transformation
  • Krug: Support roll-out of Krug Single Ingredient program, pre-anniversary work – to include support for the photoshoot with ambassades – and 10th year anniversary pop-up. Co-lead Krug x Music/Les Creations programming, supporting Integrated Marketing Manager and Consumer Engagement stakeholders to deliver flawless brand experience.

Developmental Plan

  • Through training and customer/consumer interactions: Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics
  • Through Prestige Champagne brand experiences: Become a trusted Dom Pérignon, Krug, and Ruinart resource to support the team, namely Brand and Consumer Engagement to drive luxury, creativity, diversity, inclusion & sustainability.
  • Through coaching & mentorship from Integrated Marketing Manager and Brand Heads: Become a respected player within MHUSA and work closely with Brand and Consumer Engagement teams to gain input and support to effectively execute commercial plans.

Education and Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ year of professional experience
  • Desire to learn industry best practices and grow in an enterprise organization
