Brightside is looking for a creative and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to efficiently accelerate new member growth through rigorous channel management and execution. You will be responsible for all aspects of the performance marketing strategy for a new service line – owning management, reporting, analysis, optimization, and testing (creative, landing pages, campaign structure, and bidding) for paid search, affiliate relationships, content marketing, display advertising, and a variety of other channels.
Our team operates at a fast pace, and you will play a key role in growing one of the newest segments of our portfolio while creatively and thoughtfully navigating the unique dynamics of digital marketing in the healthcare vertical. You will leverage your subject matter expertise, digital marketing experience, and our campaign + product + business data to continually optimize and recommend best practices and testing scenarios to make our next success even greater. You will be responsible for helping position our customer promise in the right place at the right time and the right price to scale customer acquisition efficiently. You’ll also stay up-to-date on marketing best practices, industry insights, and help manage vendor/rep relationships.
What you’ll be doing as Senior Performance Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute the performance marketing vision, strategy, roadmap, and initiatives for a new Brightside Health service line.
- Traffic, launch, report, and analyze digital marketing campaigns for all of the service line’s digital marketing channels.
- Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize advertising tactics, copy, content, and landing page performance.
- Maintain strong knowledge of SEM best practices; our target customer; and healthcare, digital marketing, and competitive trends.
- Implement best practices; perform SQRs; manage other SEM settings; and leverage/explore additional resources, releases, and betas as appropriate.
- Work with our brand & product teams to write new ad copy, develop landing page content, and refine our value propositions to strengthen our CTR and Funnel Rates
- Contribute to the management, analysis, and development of all D2C performance marketing channels.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience managing all aspects of SEM campaign planning, execution, management, and optimization
- 3+ years of experience with other digital marketing channels such as SEO, Paid Social, Video, Native, or Display preferred
- Demonstrated expertise deriving actionable insights and visualizing data using platforms such as Tableau and Amplitude
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
- Refined understanding of A/B test practices; ability to connect product data and marketing data
Preferred Skills
- Experience with writing SQL (BigQuery) queries to manipulate existing or creating custom views for independently exploring data
- Experience executing marketing initiatives in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry
- Experience with building affiliate or influencer relationships
- Experience optimizing to a multistep funnel (e.g. Lead > Qualified Lead > Sale)
