The Opportunity

Coordinate and support the implementation of the digital strategy for Puig USA with the objective of leveraging Puig brands’ influence on the consumer decision journey. This will help meet the needs and business objectives of the local market, while optimizing our digital communication investments.

Support Media Advocacy Manager with omni channel plans through Paid, Earned and Owned channels across the full portfolio of brands. Prepare and coordinate the execution of plans developed in partnership with the manager, with the goal to engage consumers, drive sales, and achieve objectives for market share, net revenues, and profitability.

What you’ll get to do

MEDIA

  • Work closely with Media Advocacy Manager to understand media strategy and support planning, implementation, execution, and maintenance of media campaigns across all media channels.
  • Understanding of all media channels from traditional (OOH, TV, Print) to digital (CTV/OLV, display, mobile, programmatic) to social/emerging channels.
  • Experience with retailer specific media a plus.
  • Experience with brand search, non-brand search and feed based dynamic channels a plus.
  • Carry out post campaign analysis with the help of the Media Agency to measure and report performance of campaigns.
  • Track competition during key holiday periods and launches.

PRESS

  • Help build traditional press coverage from launch based only coverage to include newness, commercial moments and brand equity/community building moments.
  • Achieve established KPIs and track learnings for all press campaigns leveraging tools when needed (Muckrack & Cision).
  • Work with Global teams for press needs, timelines and requirements for US specific pitching for full portfolio of brands.
  • Build brand events, content shoots and local partnerships on brand-by-brand basis.
  • Manage product send outs as reactive and add to lists for proactive mailers (leveraging PIMS).

INFLUENCER

  • Have a strong understanding of different social platforms, content best practices, and organic/paid rights.
  • Understand and follow brand expectations based on global guidelines & requirements delivering a connection to the USA business.
  • Established relationships in the market with top influencer talent and/or press partners.
  • Experience in building brand events, content shoots and local partnerships on brand-by-brand basis.
  • Manage Lefty campaign set up for all mailers, paid content, and ongoing partners we would like to track.
  • Partner with manager on influencer content briefs, scouting and contracting.
  • Manage contact lists for managers, talent, and agents overall.

OVERALL, TEAM SUPPORT

  • Present ideas to manager on how to increase conversation and awareness of Puig brands in the USA marketplace.
  • Process all POs & Invoice reconciliation for respective brands.
  • Coordinate global reporting.
  • Share our best practices locally and globally, taking a proactive approach with engaging with the community of media managers.
  • Responsible for tactical execution with creative asset delivery, local adaptation/cropping, tagging & nomenclature and social grids.
  • Support the planning and execution of all launch events.

We’d love to meet you If you have

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of paid media and/ or press and/or influencer experience.
  • Demonstrated track record for executing 360 plans across different media channels.
  • Strong understanding of media data/research sources.
  • Track record of building brand awareness with an eye for message, content and stories.
  • Proven track record of working on the execution of digital communication strategies and tracking ROI analysis as a result.
  • Understanding of the Digital Media landscape, KPIs and leading digital partners.
  • Strong verbal skills. Innovative thinker and interested in first to market.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
  • Needs to be a creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, and ability to prioritize tasks on multiple projects at once.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well with cross functional teams.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrates a high level of maturity and presence.

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected

base salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 - $70,000.00. Various

factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset,

training, years of experience related to the current job description,

education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary,
