The team will work closely with Business, Marketing, and Product leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across these partner segments. The core capabilities of the team include defining and gaining alignment on our partnership service model (i.e., who we serve, what service is provided to achieve growth, how the service is provided and incentivized), defining measures of success (i.e., Impact, Productivity, Return on Investment), enabling change management with teams and developing pilots to test new models.
As Director, you will lead the team and be responsible for setting the service model strategy to ensure YouTube and our partners’ long-term success, collaborating with Product teams to advocate for and prioritize the needs of partners, and help drive adoption of products and priorities.
