Essential Functions And Primary Duties
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and operational excellence of our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leveraging data-driven strategies to acquire, retain, and expand our customer base. This role combines marketing, analytics, and strategic thinking to optimize our growth funnel, increase customer lifetime value, and strengthen our brand. Leading a team of digital, creative and content marketers, the Growth Marketing Manager takes strategic direction from our Property & Casualty Service Line Leadership and reports up through Corporate Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and
revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with demand generation function to strategize, monitor, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing,
content marketing, social media advertising, paid search, events, and webinars.
- Identify and target key customer segments and implement effective marketing strategies to increase awareness, create sales pipeline, and grow
new revenue within each segment.
Project Management & Reporting:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project management process, which includes setting realistic timelines, allocating resources efficiently,
and ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to execute complex cross-functional initiatives that move the business forward
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enterprise growth, including lead generation, pipeline development, funnel
velocity, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to make data-driven decisions, track growth metrics, and identify areas for
improvement.
Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work closely with P&C Leadership to create and execute a best-in-class marketing operation that aligns with overarching business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to the business, guiding its marketing direction by staying updated on industry best practices, emerging marketing
trends, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in growth marketing strategies.
- Constantly innovate and push the envelope, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI to meet P&C revenue
targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of increasingly responsible marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Desire to win, succeed and outperform the competition.
- Demonstrated experience with CRMs and marketing automation systems.
- Ability to be intellectually creative, strong in process execution and data driven.
- Demonstrated experience aligning marketing strategies with sales leadership to drive success.
- Proven ability to drive internal communication that produces change in an organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree required with 6 years of increasingly responsible marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrate strong interaction with public providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Demonstrate autonomy in problem recognition and resolution
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
