About The Role

We're looking for a Manager of Walmart Creator, who will focus on program growth, business development, and influencer acquisition. You will help scale our Walmart Creator program - acquiring and managing a large creator portfolio, recruiting new talent, and fostering their creator growth and development within the program. You will take a performance-driven approach to managing & scaling their awareness, interest, and onboarding into the program.

You will be an integral part of the Walmart Creator business team and collaborate very closely with many cross-functional areas such as Product, Engineering, Operations, Creative, PR, and Legal.

What You'll Do

  • Work on one of the most entrepreneurial marketing roles at Walmart, developing a creator ecosystem from the ground up and solidifying our position as a leader in the content-to-commerce space
  • Build a creator recruitment strategy that drives talent to sign-up and engage with Walmart Creator, via direct outreach with influencers, talent managers, in-person events, PR, and the development of cross-channel media campaigns
  • Develop content and materials that simplify & explain our program, making it easily understandable & exciting to all to join
  • Use data, insights and measurement to constantly improve the recruitment pipeline and acquire talent that drives program success. Measure & report on that growth closely, with a critical performance-driven mindset.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a related area (e.g. Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, Social Media Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital Media)
  • Expertise in Influencer marketing, especially social players/networks, affiliate models, and how creators are using them.
  • Understanding in influencer social and performance analytics. Experience in running influencer campaigns, negotiating affiliate pay structures, and end-to-end management
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations, across media, retail, or e-commerce.
  • You have an eye towards building new processes and frameworks that promote scalability. Builder mentality, ability to build strategy & programs from the ground up
  • You are both creative & performance-minded, equally as eager to build relationships with creators as you are to dig into the data
  • Cross-functional partner able to get buy-in and collaboration across multiple teams
