Overview
The Senior Associate, Influencer and Community is responsible for executing exceptional Community Marketing programming, supporting the growth of Nuuly’s Community Advocacy Program (Cluub Nuuly) to help drive awareness via WOM on social, and supporting broader Brand & Integrated Marketing efforts in relation to Community and Influencer Marketing.
Candidate must be able to identify and connect with key Nuuly Advocates to develop relationships and support campaigns that reach new and re-engage existing customers. In addition the candidate may support the execution of Paid Influencer Campaigns, which may include end-to-end campaign management tasks from research & competitive analysis, talent sourcing, creative briefing, on to measurement and reporting. Candidate must be strategic, collaborative, organized and analytical with a proven track record of executing Community Advocacy programs that align with business goals, increase brand awareness and drive subscriptions or sales
This role will report to the Influencer and Community Manager.
Responsibilities
- Execute Community Advocacy campaigns end-to-end (Cluub Nuuly)
- Manage and contribute to a database of brand aligned advocates in influencer management tools
- Source, onboard, and build relationships with influencers and Nuuly advocates
- Develop concepts and influencer facing briefs based on marketing priorities
- Analyze results of community programming, constantly iterating to increase effectiveness.
- Work closely with external community tools on vetting and execution of community marketing programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Community or Influencer Marketing, or related role
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers and product
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional partners across multiple teams
- Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Skills
- Understands community marketing and influencer marketing KPIs
- Self-starter and strong team player who can act as both a collaborator and an owner/leader.
- Flexibility in a start-up-like environment is critical. Must be willing to both think strategically and roll up sleeves as needed. Must be flexible when business priorities change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to present and inspire.
- Strong project management, process management and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills, and experience manipulating data and telling a story
- Experience using CreatorIQ, GRIN, or other Influencer Management software tools is a plus.
- Experience using Asana or similar Project Management tools is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
Travel
Possibility for travel.
