Production Coordinator
Job Description
RDL is looking for an Production Coordinator to help develop and execute effective entertainment marketing programs that create awareness and promote our roster of clients, particularly our coffee client Lavazza and Stellantis.
The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years experience in integrated marketing, branded entertainment, brand partnerships, event production, and/or related fields and a general interest in culture, entertainment and event production.
The Production Coordinator will work closely with the VP of Events & Partnerships to manage client day to day processes, campaigns, event planning and activations, and other partnership opportunities.
They will also support the VP of Film & TV to research and develop client pitches that align with their overall marketing targets and media strategies. This is a full-time position requiring a candidate who can handle virtual work, but who is available to work live in an office or at physical activations and events as needed.

- Manages external agency vendors and their support of our coffee client’s social media, public relations, influencer and event strategies, programs and executions
- Develops and organizes internal and external timelines for all client events and activations
- Coordinates event and activation vendors and partners
- Oversees inventory, shipping and production of client event materials with designated agency vendors
- Participates in creative brainstorm sessions and research for new client pitches and manages the development of integration opportunities coming out of the brainstorms
- Supports the RDL team with day to day scheduling and meeting recaps
- Helps support and lead as needed weekly client meetings
- Helps develop recap decks upon completion of projects and events
- Helps develop decks for clients, if needed, to pitch projects to new clients or existing clients including reading scripts at times
- Provides on-site support at client events and activations as needed
- May require some travel
Additional Information
Preferred Experience with Microsoft Office, Google suite, Major Social Media Platforms, OTT Platforms, Media Planning, Event Production, Brand Partnerships
Ideally located in Los Angeles but will consider applicants from New York and Miami.
Compensation Range: $46,500 - $64,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
