About the Team:
Music Content Center is responsible for all things music across our global products & businesses. We aspire to become the most influential music platform for the next generation of music enthusiasts to express themselves and connect. Our team provides diverse services and inspires creations, exploration and communications.

Job Description:
- Ownership of the product design of the global music copyright platform and publishing rights management system. Collect requirements from various business lines and music partners , dig out pain points for copyright strategy, propose solutions and design best practices;
- Work closely with R&D, design, BD and operation teams, including launching complex platform features, delivering training to internal clients & music partners, and product iteration;
- Devise applicable metrics and efficiently align stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Pay continuous attention to the efficiency of each platform module and industry trends, carry out product model innovation and iteration.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in copyright platform, To-B system design , CRM , data&strategy , and finance product, or those with equivalent experience in the music industry or content related industry (such as audio, video, literature, etc.) are preferred;
- Strong in product planning and interactional design, sensitive to user experience;

Preferred Qualifications:
- Data-oriented, logical and self-motivated.
- Excellent in communication and project management, able to work under pressure and solve complex problems and independently own projects.
- You are a great teammate, and always have a positive and humble attitude.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $280000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
