Social Influencer Partnerships Specialist
The Mom Project is excited to partner with Etsy for their Social Influencer Partnership Specialist.
Etsy is seeking an Social Influencer Partnerships Specialist to join our Social Marketing team and support the Influencer track with the goal of driving brand awareness & consideration, through social first programming and content. This role requires a strong balance of project management, creative storytelling, stakeholder coordination and operational responsibilities.
The role will help organize and support campaigns that engage audiences through celebrity and social influencer partnerships and programs. The Influencer Partnerships Specialist plays a key role in executing our campaigns by building effective templates and workbacks as well as discovery and sourcing both appropriate influencer talent and Etsy sellers to participate in campaigns. They will also partner with groups across the organization to coordinate marketing efforts that work across different channels and ensure programs are executed effectively.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Develop and outline project management plans to support our influencer marketing efforts
- Support in identifying a diverse cast of key sellers and merchandise to support Influencer programs and submit vetting tickets to ensure marketing approval
- Work with sellers throughout the run of campaigns, including developing program toolkits and communication guidelines
- Manage product ordering and tracking of shipments per influencer program
- Engage in regular communication with partner team leads to support campaign launch
- Support in building program playbooks, toolkits and documentation for streamlined internal and external communications and execution
- Support messaging materials with partner teams that will act as playbooks for influencer talent
Availability
This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn office in a flex capacity (minimum 2x per week).
Qualifications
- 3 years of influencer marketing experience with a brand or agency
- Extensive knowledge of social platforms and their unique communities and roles in culture
- Are a culture watcher with a passion for pop-culture and its infusion into a consumer brand
- Have your finger on the pulse of the constantly evolving landscape and emerging new media channels
- A natural relationship builder, who is able to build great relationships with partners both internally and externally to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Can work across multi-functional teams and support/represent the Influencer team when necessary
- A keen eye for storytelling and talent content development that will resonate with consumers
- Proven success utilizing project management tools or templates that help drive concrete action
- Strong attention to detail and an organized, proactive approach to day to day projects and responsibilities, while balancing multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to execute new ideas and projects
- A passion for supporting small businesses, creativity and craftsmanship
