Job Description

This means you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or you can work remotely from most locations within the country listed for this role.
We are looking for a seasoned product marketer to continue evangelizing the tools and opportunities we can provide to Creators through our scaled education channels. You will play a pivotal role in enabling content creators at all skill levels to grow their audience with LinkedIn. This role is unique as it sits at the nexus of our on-platform social outreach, external microsite and partner marketing channels, providing regular updates and inspiration to create at-scale and optimizing this content based on ongoing performance. Strong candidates will have social and content strategy expertise, as well as a strength with numbers and data.
An ideal candidate for this role will be creative, a strong storyteller, and excellent cross-functional collaborator. In this role, you will gather strategic member insights from our creator audience, shape our creator-facing presence on the platform, and help to educate current and would-be creators on the value they can see from creating in a way that drives member engagement on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Drive member insight & empathy: Be the voice of the creator, and be a cross-functional lead in driving audience insights and member needs.
- Define positioning & messaging: Shape messaging across product/outbound channels, evangelize our products internally and externally. Create a consistent message to creators that gets delivered via creative assets and our third-party posting partners.
- Deliver results: Define and execute content strategies that measurably increase member engagement/perception.
- Education & Inspiration: Keep a clear, organized pulse on new consumer features launches on LinkedIn, and determine how to position them to creators.
- Embrace a growth mindset: Be relentless about finding opportunities to find leverage and create more impact in terms of member engagement.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in relevant product, marketing, or business strategy roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity and passion for social media and content creators - you’re an early adopter of the latest new social tools and have an interest in shaping the landscape for content creators.
- Natural storytelling ability and an eye for bringing a narrative to life through cadenced creative development and distribution
- Nimble with data - you have a comfort with data, know how to measure your impact, and use a data first-mindset to prioritize projects that move the needle.
- Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel marketing efforts but particular strength with email, social media, and notification channels.
- Experience working cross-functionally with team members at varying levels of seniority
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
