Job description:
As Pixly’s US Sales Executive, you will be a “roll-up-your sleeves” sales producer towards brands across gaming, D2C, technology, entertainment, and new verticals. We are in search of an experienced US Sales Executive with a strong background in direct sales within the influencer marketing industry. As a key member of our team, this role is crucial for driving our direct sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and enhancing our presence in the international marketplace. The ideal candidate will be adept at building direct sales strategies and achieving ambitious sales targets. The position will report to the SVP of Sales.
This is a remote position based in the US. Candidates must have significant sales experience with clients and agencies in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and maintaining US territory sales
- Drive the entire sales cycle from discovery calls to contract negotiation
- Identify and sell to relevant brands and game publishers
- Focus on initiating and developing relationships with key clients to drive new business sales
- Track and manage advertiser pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Establish key relationships with brands, negotiate pricing, terms of contract, and other project-specific details
Salary Description
$100,000 - $120,000 annual base salary + commission
Requirements
- 7 years minimum proven experience as a sales executive in the influencer marketing or digital advertising industry. **MUST have experience in influencer marketing**
- Deep understanding of the influencer space and creator platforms (primarily YouTube)
- Proven history of exceeding revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- Demonstrable agency and client relationships in the US
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- You’re a team player with a strong desire to win and to continually develop personal and professional skills
- Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of key influencer metrics, campaign KPIs, conversion funnels, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Global sales experience with clients and agencies is a plus!
