Influencer Marketing Manager
We are currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to collaborate with our Marketing and Sales teams on developing and executing innovative influencer campaigns across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll work with tennis & pickleball creators to create content that resonates with our audience, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and campaign goals.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a robust blend of strategic and creative skills, with a strong background in both organic and paid influencer strategies on various social media platforms. They should also demonstrate a keen ability to analyze campaign data to refine approaches and maximize the impact of influencer collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of the SwingVision Ambassador Program
- Continuously source new tennis & pickleball creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to join the SwingVision Ambassador Program
- Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing SwingVision Ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and ensure a consistent flow of new social media content
- Develop various materials such as regular ambassador newsletters, best practices decks, and content creation toolkits to enhance content quality
- Handle negotiations and manage the contracting process to secure optimal value from each partnership
- Ideate one-time and/or recurring tennis & pickleball campaigns, oversee content creation, and manage content revisions to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and use data to improve future strategies
- Monitor influencer content across social media platforms to ensure that brand guidelines are followed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working in an influencer marketing, affiliate, or similar role that is grounded in relationship management and community
- Deep understanding of the tennis & pickleball industry
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across various social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate with influencers
- Familiarity with legal and compliance regulations related to influencer marketing
- Strong analytical capabilities across campaign tracking/KPI reporting
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, comfort with ambiguity and change, and a can-do attitude
