    • Attending events across the US, where you will actively promote the product, develop relationships with potential partners and customers, and gather actionable insights on the company's product and go-to-market efforts.
  • Work with our Head of Partnerships to develop a comprehensive relationship management system and influencer deal pipeline, ensuring clear and timely communication with all the relevant stakeholders for each project.
  • Play a key role in analyzing partnership performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement, distilling actionable insights that guide future strategies and campaign adjustments.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and use your insights to refine our creator strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive business development by leveraging your interpersonal and negotiating skills to maximize the potential value of all active and potential partners.
  • Collaborate with the entire organization cross-functionally to deliver timely go-to-market insights, product feedback and candidates for product co-creation.

📝 Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing & event programming while staying within budget and maximizing CPM.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the creator economy, social media, and content strategy.
  • Highly organized and capable of developing and maintaining detailed systems for tracking all partnership opportunities and key relationships.
  • Proven track record of applying your creativity to all aspects of influencer marketing, from ideating content that effectively communicates the product's value to conceiving outside-the-box campaigns that activate our partners and community.
  • Experience working for a rocketship tech startup or in other fast-paced environments
  • Direct experience working with influencers with a wide variety of backgrounds and specialities
  • Skilled at negotiation with hands-on experience contracting and working with influencers
  • Strong communication and management skills to coordinate with partners and colleagues
  • Passionate about AI and eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Willingness to travel at minimum once per month to attend events in-person.
  • Outgoing and collaborative personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • This is a remote job based in the US, preferably located in a major US city on the West Coast or Mountain timezones, requiring 3 days of evening-time collaboration per week
