Compensation: $79,000 to $92,000 Annually

The Role:

As the Brand & Influencer Partnerships Associate at Coterie, you will play a pivotal role in bringing valuable, authentic and creative partnerships to life, with major impact on key business objectives.

You will oversee and execute key initiatives including coordinating influencer gifting, managing influencer outreach, placing product orders, overseeing data analysis for campaign performance, and research and reporting on select brand partnerships.

You will be an essential part of a self-starting, dynamic team, fostering meaningful connections with the wider Coterie community and ensuring the successful execution of influencer and brand collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Gifting and Mailers:
  • Ideation, planning and execution of creative mailers for new product launches, to support core brand messaging or objectives.
  • Manage the logistics of gifting, mailer and paid influencer campaigns, tracking shipments and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate influencer requests and proactive evergreen gifting initiatives through Kustomer and Shopify.
  • Influencer relations and community building:

    • Play key role in building, growing and strengthening relationships with relevant authentic voices (and their agency/management teams) via social media channels and IRL, leveraging tools like Traackr and Influencer Intelligence for discovery.
    • Manage inbound requests from influencers and effectively build long lasting relationships for the benefit of the brand.
    • Stay abreast of industry news and trends, and new developments across the social-sphere.
    • Campaign Support
      • Research and identify fitting talent for campaigns, assist in development of influencer briefs, contracts/agreements. Assist in surfacing influencers for campaigns based on campaign KPIs and Goals.
      • Report on campaign performance leveraging platforms such as Traackr.

  • You Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3-4 years experience working in marketing, PR, influencer marketing, across the lifestyle, beauty, wellness or fashion (or related) industries.
    • Proven experience in influencer marketing/relations.
    • Deep knowledge of and passion for social media - organic and paid channels.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Familiarity with influencer analytics tools and platforms including. Traackr, Grin, Aspire, Google Analytics, Shopify etc.

    The title and expected base salary for this role is $79,000 -$92,000 depending on a number of factors including job, level, experience and skill set.
