We are offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Director of Social & Influencer Strategy to lead our influencer marketing and social media efforts. Reporting directly to the SVP of Brand & Creative, this role will be pivotal in driving our brand's presence, engagement, and growth across social platforms and through influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of leading a team and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. We are a remote-first company, but you must be local to Los Angeles, CA. We understand the importance of periodic in-person collaboration, and your team is often in-person at our office in Hollywood to work through the creative process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with strategic priorities and drive engagement and growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a social media and influencer manager team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Influencer & Community Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key influencers and external collaborators to amplify our reach and impact.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and influencer activations, monitoring their performance and optimizing for better results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, and ROI, making data-driven decisions to improve strategies.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the PR, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and aligned communication strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in social media management, brand communications, and influencer marketing, with proven success in high-growth brands.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Strong creative vision and ability to generate engaging content ideas and campaigns.
BASE SALARY RANGE
This position's annual base salary range is from $165,000-$182,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location, and other relevant factors.
