Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in overseeing and executing social media campaigns for our brand. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, interact with our online community, and help drive brand awareness. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct social media research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Assist in monitoring social media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with overall brand objectives and target audience
  • Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and tracking performance
  • Support the Social Media Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficient in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
