What You Will Do

We are seeking an Intern to help implement outstanding partnerships to excite and engage current and potential Hulu subscribers. From creative strategy to partner selection to negotiations to reporting, you will have a front-row seat to how celebrity and influencer partnerships are developed with a global brand leader in the entertainment industry!

You will report to the Director of Talent & Influencer Partnerships and will work closely with teams across Brand Social, Originals Social, Paid Social, Marketing, Legal, PR/Communications, Events, External Agency Partners, and more!

  • Assist with the development and execution of celebrity, athlete, and influencer marketing campaigns across brand, content and enterprise priorities
  • Contribute ideas for partners and social media trends and help track and measure social media campaign performance
  • Stay up to date on project statuses and assist with tracking, proposals, briefs, live content links and campaign reports
  • Organize and maintain databases, coordinate meeting agendas and share all relevant meeting notes with the attendees
  • Track and monitor the accuracy and due dates for legal review submissions, invoices and budget trackers

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for Hulu content, storytelling, television, entertainment, pop culture, influencers, celebrities, production and events
  • An understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platform standard methodologies and consumer behaviors
  • Knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including content trends, partnerships and top creators in the space
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to switch between creative projects with ease and partner with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Google Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Suite and tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Tribe Dynamics

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through January 2026
  • Availability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, preferably 9am-6pm PT, Monday - Friday.
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of internship program in the Los Angeles, CA area
  • Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work in the Los Angeles, CA area
