Mudflap is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to build, engage, and grow our online presence across multiple social platforms. As the frontline representative of Mudflap’s brand, you will develop compelling content, foster meaningful interactions, and create a thriving community that enhances brand trust and loyalty. This role is pivotal in shaping the voice of Mudflap and driving engagement that supports our overall business goals.

This role involves a hybrid work approach, balancing in-office collaboration with the ability to work remotely.

Expectations (In this role, you will):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Mudflap’s business objectives
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content (short-form video, graphics, written posts) that resonates with our audience across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and X, and continuously assess new channels for growth
  • Monitor and analyze social media KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to refine strategy and drive performance
  • Foster community growth and engagement by proactively responding to comments, encouraging user-generated content (UGC), and building brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, content, product) to align messaging and drive integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage influencer/brand ambassador partnerships to expand reach and credibility
  • Oversee social listening and brand reputation management, addressing customer feedback and crisis situations with professionalism
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously identifying new opportunities for audience engagement

Experience (What we look for):

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and community management
  • Proven track record of building and executing social engagement strategies with measurable success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of brand voice
  • Experience managing and moderating online communities (e.g., Facebook Groups, Reddit, Discord, or industry-specific forums)
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Strong ability to interpret data and optimize content based on insights
  • Passion for customer engagement and digital storytelling

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives.
