The Sr. Manager, Global Consumer Marketing is a critical leader within the Consumer Marketing team. The ultimate objective of this role, and the overarching Consumer team, is to establish Invisalign as the most consumer-requested brand in orthodontics worldwide. This role requires a strategic mindset, expertise in global marketing execution, and demonstrated ability to leverage partnerships with iconic organizations and influencers to amplify brand impact on a global scale.

You are a global marketer with expertise in consumer insights, digital marketing, and brand management. You're a team player, communicator, strategist, and executor. You bring a hands-on approach to managing complex, high-visibility marketing initiatives across multiple markets and channels. You've successfully led global marketing programs, collaborated across geographies, and established and managed high-profile strategic partnerships and influencer campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences worldwide.

Role expectations

  • Be a key leader in the Global Consumer Marketing team, focused on driving awareness, reach, and leads for the Invisalign brand across international markets.
  • Develop and execute a global consumer marketing strategy that aligns with regional priorities and drives cohesive brand growth worldwide.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with high-profile organizations, including NFL and NBA teams, international sports organizations, and other influential partners, to enhance brand recognition and engagement across diverse markets.
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage global influencer partnerships across social media, entertainment, and industry-relevant sectors to amplify brand messaging and reach targeted consumer segments.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies for local relevance while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and execution.
  • Own the partnerships and influencer strategy, program execution, and ongoing optimization, focusing on delivering measurable growth in global KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-geographical teams in the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, influencer initiatives, and partnerships that support global business strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of global marketing initiatives, including influencer campaigns and partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with social, creative, and regional teams to develop compelling content and initiatives that resonate with diverse global audiences.
  • Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan by integrating global partnership and influencer marketing initiatives and delivering a roadmap for scalable growth.
  • Write and own strategic creative briefs and project briefs that strengthen the brand's global equity.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on global consumer marketing, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Proven experience managing global marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand initiatives across multiple regions and markets.
  • Expertise in identifying and managing relationships with global influencers, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • A deep understanding of consumer insights, cultural nuances, and market dynamics across regions.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex, global initiatives.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels and geographies.
