POSITION: Social Content Creator and Strategist

Position Description

The Social Content Creator & Strategist will share our brand's story across social media channels, owning the creative vision. Responsibilities include managing P.F. Changs content calendar, planning, producing, and editing video and photo content, writing copy, and publishing across platforms. You will also monitor user-generated content (UGC) and engage with our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish engaging social media content.
  • Develop creative ideas for various platforms.
  • Capture content in restaurants and during photo shoots.
  • Create optimized, platform-specific assets.
  • Write compelling social copy and respond to community engagement.
  • Collaborate on strategic marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media content creation.
  • Proficient in Adobe, CapCut, Canva, and other publishing tools.
  • Comfortable on camera with strong writing skills.


Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work environment: remote and in-office, with some restaurant visits.
  • Full-time position requiring regular attendance.
