JOB DESCRIPTION
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a social-first content creator with a deep understanding of internet culture, visual storytelling, and creative editing. In this role, you'll produce dynamic, social-forward content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more— bringing the personality of our world-famous resorts and experiences to life on social. You’ll be an embedded part of the social team, turning real-world moments into compelling, culturally resonant content. This role balances nimble production with creative strategy—and is perfect for a hands-on creator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Essential Job Functions
Concept, pitch, and execute original short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
Capture on-site footage using DSLR cameras and mobile devices
Edit content using tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and mobile editing apps
Participate in brainstorms and contribute to ongoing creative planning
Partner with internal teams, talent, and external partners to coordinate content shoots and bring ideas to life
Attend events and activations to create live or quick-turn content
Stay aware of industry trends and competitive content—share insights with the team
Qualifications
3+ years experience creating high-performing content for social platforms
Strong camera skills (DSLR and mobile), with an eye for lighting, framing, and composition
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere; working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience working in fast-paced content environments with tight turnarounds
Deep understanding of social media culture and platform nuances
Self-starter with high attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working on location, sometimes outside traditional office hours
Online portfolio or social media work samples required
Physical, Mental And Environmental Demands
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, from property to property. Must be able to perform physical job duties of line employees in emergency situations. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
