Position: Part-Time Contract Content Creator
Hours: 10-20 hours per week

This is a remote position and can be based in one of the following states: AL, FL, ID, IN, KS, KY, MS, UT, TX, TN, WI, SC, NC, OK, WV, ND

Job Summary:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our marketing team on a part-time contract basis. This role will primarily focus on blog editing and blog creation, ensuring our content aligns with our brand voice, engages our audience, and supports our SEO and marketing goals. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, experience with content strategy, and a passion for healthcare-related topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and proofread blog content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Research healthcare staffing trends, clinician experiences, and industry insights to develop engaging content.
  • Optimize blog posts for SEO, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and formatting.
  • Maintain Gifted Healthcare’s brand voice and messaging across all blog content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage content revisions based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with healthcare and staffing industry trends to create timely and relevant content.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, blogging, or editing (preferably in healthcare or staffing).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex healthcare topics for a general audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare marketing or familiarity with clinician-related topics.
  • Knowledge of AP style or similar editorial guidelines.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar).

Compensation: Contract-based, commensurate with experience.
