Influencer Marketing Manager

Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 Annually

The Influencer Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our influencer and ambassador program. This individual will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with creators, managing content partnerships, overseeing influencer-driven campaigns, and amplifying our brand presence across key social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a network of influencers, ambassadors, and VIP partners aligned with our brand and audience
  • Lead strategy and execution for influencer campaigns across key moments (menu launches, store openings, evergreen brand storytelling)
  • Oversee influencer gifting, content coordination, and usage rights management
  • Develop and manage the VIP Card program and experience
  • Collaborate with Social Media and Field Marketing teams to integrate influencer support into broader campaigns
  • Monitor performance and optimize based on KPIs (engagement, content quality, reach, conversions)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencer relationships, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally in a wellness, lifestyle, or restaurant brand
  • Proven track record managing influencer relationships and campaigns from ideation to reporting
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social trends
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and brand storytelling
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
