  • Manage creator outreach, negotiation, and onboarding for content and experiential activations

  • Campaign Execution

  • Oversee influencer relationships, including contracting, deliverables, and communication

  • Develop and manage content calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure smooth execution

  • Align with internal teams (creative, comms, media, legal) to ensure campaigns meet brand and compliance standards

  • Creative & Content Development

  • Write clear, inspiring briefs that guide creators while allowing for authentic expression

  • Collaborate with creators and internal teams to support content production and ensure brand alignment

  • Drive trend-informed, platform-native storytelling that resonates with audiences

  • Contribute to toolkits and playbooks that support consistent, scalable influencer efforts

  • Performance & Optimization

  • Track campaign results and creator performance

  • Help develop wrap reports and insights to inform future strategy

  • Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or digital content production, including:

  • Strong knowledge of digital culture, social trends, and platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

  • A proven track record of identifying, managing, and scaling influencer partnerships

  • Strong creative judgment and an understanding of what makes engaging, on-brand content

  • Experience with negotiations, contracts, and campaign operations

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

  • Deeply immersed in culture and creator communities

  • A creative thinker who brings strategic insight

  • Passionate about inclusive storytelling and diverse representation

  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and a clear communicator

  • Organized, detail-focused, and dependable
