The PUSH Agency is seeking a highly organized and innovative Social Media Marketing Manager in our corporate office located in Tempe, AZ(Position is currently remote). As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will work with the Social Media and Marketing Teams on Influencer campaigns, promotional events, and the day to day management of PUSH's social media accounts. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, adaptable, and creative!

THE ROLE

Social Media

  • Planning and posting on PUSH social media accounts
  • Keep up with social media growth strategies
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
  • Content creation for company culture related events and posts

Influencer Marketing

  • Actively recruit social media Influencers to the database
  • Assist in creating customizable Influencer campaigns for various clients
  • Assist in communication and tracking efforts with approved influencers
  • Assist with detailed stats reports of campaign metrics

Event Booking

  • Assist with the booking of premium models for promotional nationwide events
  • The recruiting, enrolling, and training of the promotional staff over the phone, over email, and occasionally in person.
  • The booking and management of the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide.
  • The evaluation/recording/processing of all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.
  • Assist with the evaluation and processing of promotional talent after completion of each weekly assignment.
  • Weekly management of all event photos uploaded to the database

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or in a directly related position.
  • Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment.
  • Effective communication with colleagues in a diverse, positive, culture-centered work environment.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines and complex tasks in a fast paced setting along with attention to detail, persistence and follow through.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Working knowledge in social media marketing
  • Creative thinker and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills using Excel, Word, and social media platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of how to leverage a variety of social media channels for recruiting purposes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with talking on the phone and the ability to carry on a business conversation with decision makers
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing or related field
