What You´ll Do
- Social Media Operations & Community Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Kenra Professional's social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling (e.g., Dash Social), posting, and active community management to foster audience engagement and respond to inquiries
- Create, curate, and adapt compelling social media content (videos, graphics, BTS footage, event coverage), ensuring consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and platform best practices
- Execute social media campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, asset delivery, and daily monitoring for product launches, events, and promotions
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience conversations daily to inform content adjustments, identify reactive content opportunities, and ensure brand relevance
- Influencer Program Execution & Relationship Nurturing:
- Execute day-to-day influencer marketing activities, including identifying and vetting potential partners, conducting outreach, and maintaining ongoing communication to build and sustain a strong network
- Coordinate all operational aspects of influencer collaborations, including product seeding, brief dissemination, content review processes, and ensuring adherence to campaign guidelines and FTC disclosures
- Manage logistical elements such as influencer contracts (where applicable), tracking deliverables, and coordinating product shipments
- Maintain and grow the influencer database, fostering long-term relationships and brand advocacy through consistent engagement, support, and timely communication
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Continuously monitor, track, and compile regular reports on social media and influencer performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, follower growth, EMV, sentiment, content performance)
- Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular updates on key performance indicators to relevant teams, highlighting actionable insights from daily and weekly data
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, native platform analytics) for ongoing tracking of content and campaign effectiveness to inform operational adjustments
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and/or supporting public relations activities daily
- Proven ability in the day-to-day execution and management of social media and influencer programs that drive engagement and maintain brand consistency
- Demonstrable experience in the practical aspects of influencer relations: identification, outreach, coordination, and ongoing communication
- Excellent skills in tracking, compiling, and reporting on campaign performance and social media metrics.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solver with strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive team player, highly organized, and passionate about the operational success of social media, influencer marketing, and community building
- Experience in the practicalities of growing and engaging a digital community

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
