Influencer Marketing Associate

Versed is hiring an Influencer Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities:

• Executing day-to-day communications with influencers via Grin
• Surfacing new talent to seed, specifically Bloggers, Youtubers, Podcasters
• Managing the Grin platform: responsible for making sure we hit our outreach and seeding goals and owning the process from prospect to initial outreach to influencer and creating the proposals and orders
• Tracking influencer posts across platforms (screenshotting all Instagram Stories)
• Recording day-to-day reporting in our monthly trackers
• Overseeing day-to-day seeding efforts
• Owning communication for Partnerships email account
• Creating influencer packout briefs for the warehouse
• Ensuring that the warehouse is properly fulfilling influencer sends in a timely manner
• Pulling weekly and monthly influencer reports
• Drafting preliminary lists for talent needs (events, launches, etc.)
• Managing content permissions with influencers
• Managing the onboarding of influencers into the affiliate network
• Providing links and codes for influencers in affiliate network
• Shipping our pre-seeding units as needed
• Driving micro-influencers to review products on site

Requirements/Experience:

• 2-3 Years of Experience working in the Influencer Marketing space
• Passionate about building relationships with influencers and has current relationships with influencers
  Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
  Positive attitude
• Detail-oriented
• Collaborative/team player
• Self-starter
