Blink is part of Amazon Devices, the innovative consumer electronics division that brings you Kindle, Fire Tablets, Fire TV, and Echo. We are seeking an experienced, customer-obsessed marketing professional to play a critical role in the cross-sell, upsell, and retention of Blink households.

This role will act as the voice of the customer and build strong relationships with them through engaging content and campaigns. Your mission will be to turn first time customers into enthusiastic brand loyalists and advocates and find ways to share their stories in innovative ways across channels. You have direct experience managing paid subscription marketing programs as well as customer marketing campaigns. You will partner with team members across the organization to create the optimal customer journey.

This role will leverage existing channel strategies and develop new and emerging initiatives that help Blink drive growth including for our subscription program. You will lead the development of customer lifecycle strategies leveraging a variety of paid, partner, and earned media channels.

ROLE OUTLINE

  • Exemplify a passion for messaging to and understanding customers with a deep understanding of the Blink brand and personas
  • Leverage storytelling through the creation of video, user-generated content, and testimonials to craft an engaging and authentic experience that reflects the Blink brand
  • Collaborate with channel managers to create and execute paid and organic activities to retain and upsell Blink households at scale
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
  • Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, creative targeting, and analysis
  • Conceptualize and execute on multiple projects simultaneously with strong bias for action to deliver results
  • Define KPIs and effectively drive efforts towards sales and marketing goals
  • Contribute to Blink-owned digital properties including website and social accounts
  • Manage relevant vendors and agencies in the online and offline marketing space

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in consumer or audience marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and strategic planning of revenue generating campaigns and customer based programs
  • 5+ years of paid channel management (social and email)
  • 3+ years of paid subscription marketing
  • 3+ years of project and vendor management
  • 3+ years experience driving international/global campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing multi-media and multi-channel marketing content and campaigns for US (international experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of influencer and partner marketing, broadcast, and influencer marketing activities
  • Experience with audience segmentation and targeting best practices
  • Strong understanding of and experience with marketing automation tools and website applications
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
