The Opportunity

eShopWorld is looking for an Marketing Manager with experience in running direct to consumer marketing campaigns across various channels such as google, facebook & influencer marketing to help build, manage and grow brand presence in our international markets.

The Marketing Manager will be a passionate marketing expert with an in-depth experience of building and running holistic digital marketing. Someone who can build, execute and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy from start to finish that feeds into other strategy such as on-site messaging and web optimization. The chosen candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and will provide timely analytic and strategic support by developing actionable insights to help drive growth.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing strategy and management of multiple retailers marketing costs and returns. Analytics, marketing management, social media, influencers, ROAS, and continuous innovation are all elements which you need to take care of daily. You will be collaborating and supported by a department of marketing and ecommerce experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage retailer paid and organic social media strategy and content
  • Manage the entire social marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Execute on paid social media campaigns to optimize for client objectives, primarily direct response (Conversions, CPA, ROAS), as well as brand awareness and engagement
  • Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
  • Lead and own influencer marketing including network and strategy
  • Lead strategy and calendar for all social media properties
  • Working with internal & external team members to align & implement content
  • Ownership of all analytics and reporting across social channels
  • Responsible for identifying trends, outlining key learnings and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across creative, search, email and other internal/external teams
  • Manage additional ecommerce analysis utilizing google analytics and other recommended social media management and monitoring tools
  • Assist in retailer marketing strategies, analysis & execution beyond other areas of social media such as affiliate, analytics & presentations

Essential Experience & Behaviors

  • 2+ years of experience in managing ecommerce paid social media campaigns with a minimum budget of $100k/month to achieve retailer/client objectives
  • Expert in ecommerce paid social media with knowledge of paid search and other media
  • Extensive knowledge of paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & Influencers) and optimization tactics
  • Experience creating and running ecommerce influencer campaigns
  • Knowledge of paid management of secondary social platforms (Pinterest, Twitter, Snap Chat, Tik Tok)
  • Experience building and managing influencer network and campaigns across social channels
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience creating reports and recommendations based on account performance
  • Extremely data and detail oriented
  • Exceptional problem solving and client management skills
  • Prior experience working in a large team
  • Proven track record of success with relationship building
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for this role
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit - quick to adapt to changes with positive attitude
