The Influencer Manager will be responsible for the execution of our influencer marketing strategy partnering with influencers as brand advocates and content contributors. In this role, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will develop and lead influencer marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships. As a small organization, you must be a passionate team player who is detail oriented and not afraid to get in the weeds. You must also love fashion and technology, have a strategic mindset and deep knowledge in the influencer space. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that will suit entrepreneurial, self-starting and experienced individuals only.
Responsibilities:
- Discover and identify potential influencers and brand advocates for both paid and organic programs, with a focus on cultivating communities of influencers to bring new users to ModeSens
- Execute all facets of influencer marketing campaigns from ideation and planning to relationship development and contract negotiations with talent management / influencer agencies to content input and approvals
- Create monthly reports tracking the growth and engagement metrics of the community and influencer programs. Continuously aim to improve the overall metrics
- Work side by side many cross functional internal teams to support campaigns and defined strategies through customer conversations in our communities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- 3-5 years of social media and influencer management experience with retail, consumer products and/or ecommerce
- Understanding and regular personal utilization of online shopping stores/platforms
- Organized, articulate, and collaborative self-starter with the ability to easily communicate with internal and external teams
- Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies
- Flexibility to quickly adjust to changes in priorities
- Highly motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
