We’re looking for a Sr. Account Supervisor, Client Service, to join our award-winning team. You will be charged with introducing clients to the power of building compelling stories, social strategies, and experiences, all directed by a confluence of data and leading-edge technology.

Responsibilities

  • Act as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, responsible for providing strategic solutions on anything/everything social and digital marketing
  • Live in the social platforms – understand and articulate best practices based on business need
  • Deeply understand the ad products available from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. and be able to articulate best practices for producing content for each of these placement types
  • Manage multiple, urgent projects with the ability to manage up and down, to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget
  • Take minimal client input briefs and advise how social and digital can add tangible value in solving specific business challenges
  • Build trusting client relationships across the organization, navigating client approval processes and structure
  • Serve as the main point of contact for integrated agency team partners to ensure social content needs are being met, media plans align to the social strategy goals and concerns are flagged and escalated early
  • Internalize and own client product benefits and articulate in consumer-friendly language
  • Cultivate strong, cross-practice client relationships to develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new potential clients

Qualifications We Are Seeking

  • 6 to 8 years relevant experience in an agency account role with experience living, breathing, eating social and digital.
  • A proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium or large-sized projects simultaneously
  • Experience developing social campaigns, implementing best practices and imparting knowledge to junior team members
  • Passion for building and executing unique, fresh, and thoughtful social media strategies and campaigns across all channels
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience presenting and articulating social strategy, including campaign goals, objectives, and how success is measured
  • Consumer and technology marketing experience a plus
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
