This position is responsible for driving channel growth, strategic progress, and day-to-day operational management. You will be responsible for leading efficiency and scale in a highly visible performance marketing channel with strong growth potential. PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKResponsibilities: PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Responsible for the day-to-day operations, execution, and optimization of the influencer channel PAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including budgets, campaign briefs, securing talent, negotiating rates, managing contracts, influencer relations, and post-campaign reportingPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Pitch, evaluate, and recruit new influencer & ambassador partners to grow and scale programPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Collaborate with agencies, influencers, creative, marketing, PR, and UX to integrate the influencer channel within key business objectivesPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Analyze influencer performance to share actionable insights in order to fuel growth and test new ideasPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Review images, videos, and other media to ensure brand requirements are metPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Monitor and track social media posts to ensure compliance with FTC regulationsPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Brainstorm new campaign ideas, incentives, and structure for the program by leveraging industry trends and external case studies PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKQualifications:PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK 3+ years of influencer marketing experience (agency experience preferred)PAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Robust knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices & emerging trends (i.e. Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)PAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Outstanding communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships PAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Excellent negotiation skills to manage contract terms and agreementsPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Strong organizational and time management skillsPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial, fast pace environment and lean teamPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Passion & experience in the outdoor industry and the brands is a plusPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK BA/BS required with a strong academic recordPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKWhat We Offer:PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK A career with growth potential and the ability to take ownership and make an impact daily.PAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK Perks such as an excellent gear discount.
