About the Brand Partnerships Manager Position:

We are seeking a client-facing account manager to work on the strategy and casting team at Socialyte. Work with the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships to secure effective influencer campaigns with measurable results for a wide variety of clients including fashion, beauty, tech, and lifestyle brands. Successful candidates must have 3+ years of agency and/or influencer marketing experience and must be familiar with social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TIkTok, etc) and influencers across each. Candidates must also be comfortable handling large budgets, setting program benchmarks, and building out robust digital marketing programs set against specific program KPIs. Experience with paid media is a bonus!

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with clients to determine objectives, goals, KPI's, strategies and tactics.
  • Ideate and develop creative influencer campaigns for our existing clients, includes building out sales decks and target lists.
  • Effectively manage multiple client accounts that oversee large-scale programs while ensuring that all clients feel as if they are the top priority.
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer space - must be familiar with influencers and fees.
  • Negotiate and set appropriate budgets and benchmarks for programs.
  • Respond to incoming requests and present innovative approaches to partnering with influencers across all verticals and calibers.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, agencies and brands directly.
  • Manage client contracts and SOWs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing jargon, CPMs, CPEs, ROA, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the agency.
  • Keep informed of industry trends, technology platforms, social platforms, events and deals.
  • Assist in forecasting trends in the influencers space, upcoming platforms, growing talent, brands spending, etc.
  • Assist in forming sales strategies to keep Socialyte competitive and innovative
  • Review and analyzes sales performances (ROI) against programs to determine effectiveness for future programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in brand marketing / influencer marketing or communications with proven results. Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or public relations preferred.
  • Fluent in both organic and paid channel strategies
  • Is a self-starter, and is comfortable with aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to build sales decks.
  • Comfortable and strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to prioritize focus and multi-task.

This is a year-round, full-time, non-entry level position in the New York City or Los Angeles offices.
