The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will work on planning, coordinating and facilitating digital marketing & website operations, as well as other related projects, administrative and digital marketing that impact our E-commerce business.
CONTENT AND CAMPAIGN CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
- Manage Marketing Content Calendar from start to finish. Ensure all delivery deadlines are met according to calendar. Meet with Melinda to make sure the calendar is in line with her vision.
- Copywriting for email and SMS campaigns
- Collecting and distributing assets for campaigns
- Manage all checkpoints of email marketing including copy, links and assets.
- Review all email focuses and execute day-to-day operational tasks to support daily email schedule
- Meet with the shipping team to make sure all campaigns running have products that are not low in inventory. Coordinate MM collaboration campaigns.
WEBSITE MERCHANDISING
- Daily monitoring & maintenance of all site functionalities to report/fix bugs and errors and ensure optimal user experience
- Scanning site to make sure everything is working efficiently and making improvements.
- Project manage web developers workflow and work to continuously improve the website. Reporting bugs to the development team and get problems resolved in a timely fashion.
- Manage and update the online product catalog, including set up of new products and maintenance of individual products including their correlating images, variants, and quantity.
- Thorough knowledge of Shopify functionalities
- Manage lifestyle and product shots including: managing rollovers, organize all lifestyle images and assisting Melinda.
- Collaborate with graphic designer to ensure all edits are made for variants and coordinate image uploads for all product launches.
- Coordinate with graphic designer to create promotional banners and all other creative for the website.
PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
- Prepare and execute online promotions
- Coordinate with operations team with new POs and organizing product master to make sure all marketing and e-commerce information is filled in a timely fashion .
- Coordinating with ad personnel to make sure ad verbiage and timeline align with the website.
- Manage influencer program. Reaching out to influencers; efficiently and professionally communicating with influencers about collaborations, assets, updates on their packages and ultimately building a lasting relationship between Melinda Maria and them. Create and send influencers packages out. Responsible for importing all new products. Import of Shopify product upload form which includes product descriptions, SKUs, prices, back end product architecture and more.
- Project manage loyalty program
- Managing YOTPO media galleries, going through product and site reviews to make sure all reviews and photos are getting posted to site as well as posting and tagging images on homepage Instagram gallery to make them shoppable.
- Communicate with customer service team on a daily basis to make sure website functioning correctly.
- Keep customer service in the loop about all email, SMS and social media campaigns including new product launches, promotions and new UX experiences.
- Communicate effectively with third party vendors including affiliate partners, Border X, Yotpo, Attentive, Shopify, product photographer, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY:
- Strong written, verbal, technological and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and independently prioritize.
- Experience with event planning and execution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an understanding of prioritization of workload and a sense of urgency in performing tasks and executing deliverables.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google applications and have the ability to learn other web based applications and programs.
- Able to collect and organize data.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical information relevant to companies operations.
- Ability to work under pressure on a variety of tasks against deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
