Influencer Coordinator

An entry-level position within our Influencer division.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining contact database

• Building and editing mailer lists, invite lists and other target lists

• Researching and sharing industry intel including monthly events and other entertainment / social media / influencer news with the agency

• Building the influencer division internal newsletter

• Organization of internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc.

• Meeting weekly with the VP of the influencer division and other direct supervisors as needed

• Social media & photo monitoring

• Scheduling / calendar management

• Main line phone coverage

• Maintaining product inventory and fulfilling product send-outs

• Recording and distributing call notes

• Reports / recaps / alerts for clients

• Executing celebrity & influencer mailers

• Attending events, at times outside of work hours

• Liaising with LA & Miami offices

• Support the rest of the influencer division with additional tasks whenever needed

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field

• At least 1 year of on-the-job experience (including internships)

• Extremely organized & detail oriented

• Passionate about the celebrity and influencer landscape

• Natural ability to interface, appropriately, with celebrities, their teams, influencers and clients

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced and team oriented environment

• Expert on social platforms and their features including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (at minimum)

• Ability to work proactively and independently

• Expert on MAC and Microsoft Office programs

• Familiarity with social media analytics, terms and their meaning

• Experience with social media measurement (Bonus)

• Experience working events (Bonus)

• Familiarity with Fashion GPS (Bonus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $44,000.00 per year
