Love Yourself & Co (LYC) was established in 2015 relocated to the DMV area in August 2016. It was developed in the philosophy that Beauty and Skincare can be conscious as well as DOPE at the same time. The Love Yourself & Co. Digital Media/Influencer partnership Intern

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support influencer outreach by identifying brand advocates for LYC

• Support influencers along their LYC journey, and in spreading the word about LYC + Skincare wellness to their communities

• Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers and support them + their communities through features, events, and giveaways Our ideal candidate will be:
• Passionate about Social justice and racial equality
• Talented at spotting amazing content creators and beauty advocates.

• Full of new ideas, able to execute on them, and always up for a challenge

• An excellent communicator, ruthlessly organized, and highly attentive to detail

• Able to receive and provide feedback in a positive + constructive manner

• Proficient in business emails and spreadsheet management with experience across Gmail, Google Drive)

• Influencer our reach to help promote the brand

• Assisting in the creation is weekly topics/ content/posts for social media. Rebooting Twitter account.

• E-commerce strategies and marketing

• Research and generate lists of potential customers

• Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature

• Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts

• Assist in evaluating new sponsorship opportunities

• Learn and apply sales techniques
